One-stop Center of Student Development—E-profile Management is Xi’an Jiaotong University’s brand-new attempt and exploration in the construction of One-stop Center of Student Development management model.

The record serves as a multi-dimensional growth file that notes down an undergraduate’s journey in XJTU, including the process of joining the Party, ideological theories learning, participation in the Four 100s Educational Plan (that demands the reading of 100 classics, the participating of 100 activities, the attendance of 100 lectures, and the meeting of 100 teachers), voluntary services, scientific and technological innovation, project competitions,comprehensive extracurricular practice, etc. The file involves fully-processed tracking, detailed records, and rational assessment, so it can thoroughly reflect the improvement of the student’s all-round abilities. At the same time, it can offer targeted support for the school to accurately carry out ideological and political education,while providing references for employers to observe the student’s capabilities.

The “Major Experiences” column is developed based on time. It is a refinement of four aspects:Party building activities and practices, academic research achievements, experience in and out of school, and awards received. It highlights a student’s various achievements and diverse experiences by marking every important piece of time during his or her growth. The list of experiences, seen as a development trajectory, becomes a unique resume noting down every student’s process of “becoming”.
